Hugger and Homemade Front Fenda Extenda on an '06 -'07 ZX10R *** This is a work in progress ***

Fenda-Extenda doesn't make one for the ZX10R...I have no idea why. It could be because it's real tight in there and the only thing getting spray is the radiator. I'd rather keep things as clean as I can so I decided to make one. We have a great store called "Bent Bike" that's a treasure trove of parts. I needed a motocross front fender to hack for my fenda-extenda. I looked through all the used ones and had to get a new one for $25. Below is the fender straight out of the box.

Then I started the hacking process, I used a Dremel and my grinder to get that done. My progress is below.

Now is the fun part...time to drill into your fender ;) I taped the fenda-extenda to the fender and drilled to cover a wide area. Here you can see the first 2 holes I drilled.

There is limited space between my tire and the radiator so I really had to hack the crap out of the fender to get a piece that'll fit. You can see the final product below
